Creating Personnel Requisitions

A Personnel Requisition (PR) is used to allocate part of the budget to a job. Once a PR is entered, administrative staff can start assigning employees to the PRs. Typically, administrative staff request PRs which go through an approval process of their own. Once approved, a member of the budget or position control team will enter the details of the PR into FiscFlow so it can be used.

  1. Navigate to  Personnel Requisitions.
  2. Click the  New button.
  3. Enter the PR Number, PC Number (if you know it), Classification, Title, Fiscal Year, Start On, End On and any other relevant details.
  4. In the  Accounts tab, click the Add button and select the applicable accounts tied to this PR.
  5. In the Accessible From tab, specific sites may already be added to the PR. If other sites should be allowed to use this PR, you can click the  Add button and select the additional sites.
  6. Once all relevant information is entered, click the  Save button.
