A Personnel Requisition (PR) is used to allocate part of the budget to a job. Once a PR is entered, administrative staff can start assigning employees to the PRs. Typically, administrative staff request PRs which go through an approval process of their own. Once approved, a member of the budget or position control team will enter the details of the PR into FiscFlow so it can be used.
