As an hourly employee, you need to track your hours related to each assignment and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period. You can enter hours from the Overview dashboard or from the My Hours navigation item.

  1. Either navigate to  My Hours or select the  Hours Entry tab in the  Overview dashboard.
  2. Click the  New button.
  3. Enter the Date, Employee Assignment, Hours Type, Start Time, End Time, any Unpaid Breaks, and any other relevant information for the hours.

*Note: The Employee Assignments available are determined based on the Date you select. If you do not see your assignment, try changing the date first.

  1. If you are doing internal coverage, enter the employee that you are covering for along with the number of students you are covering. If you know how many students are in the original class, you can also enter that value.
  2. Click the  Save button.
