When it comes time to submit timesheets, which is towards the end of a pay period, ensure you have all your time entries entered. You can add hours entries after if needed but it is easier if you do it before creating the timesheet submission.
- Navigate to
Overview dashboard or
My Submissions
- If you have unsubmitted hours, click the
Create Timesheets button.
- One timesheet will be created per assignment and per pay period (Submission Window).
- Navigate to
My Submissions or click
My Submissions on the
Overview dashboard.
- Your unsubmitted timesheets will appear in Draft status highlighted in blue.
- Click on the row of the submission you want to review to open its detail view.
- Ensure the hours are correct.
- When everything looks correct, click the
Submit for Approval button.
- If you realize you have made a mistake, you can click the
Retract Submission if it is not already approved or waiting on final approval.
