Once a Personnel Requisition is created, it may need to be approved. Whether or not the PR needs to be approved depends on if the selected classification requires PR approval, as well as if the district as a whole requires PR approval. If the PR requires approval, follow these steps:

Navigate to
Personnel Requisitions.

Select the relevant PR.

Click the
Submit for Approval button. A pop-up window for a new submission will appear.

Choose the appropriate Submission Category (e.g., "PR Approval" or another category defined by your district).

Select the appropriate Submission Type.

Click OK to send the submission.

If you realize you have made a mistake, you can click Recall Submission as long as it is not already approved or awaiting final approval.
