The data your working with is sensitive and it's your responsibility to protect it. To help, we recommend changing your password frequently to ensure nobody gets access to your account. When you do change your password, make sure you store it somewhere secure. If necessary, consider using a trustworthy password manager such as Bitwarden.

Your password should be a minimum of 8 characters and include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. We recommend a strong password of 16 characters or more.

If you forgot your password, you will need to Create a Ticket and our team will reset your password for you.

How to change your password (Applies to Cloud Hosted users only)

1. Log into SPEDfisc as you normally would
2. With the application in focus, press Ctrl + Alt + End at the same time
3. Click on Change a password
4. Enter your old password and then your new password
5. Confirm your new password and click Enter
