How to: Force a sign out (Cloud Hosting)

Sometimes technology doesn't work as intended and you find yourself stuck with a non-responsive application. If this occurs, you can try to force your hosted session to sign out.

 

NOTE: Any unsaved work will be lost. Only perform this step as a last resort.

 

How to force a sign out (Applies to Cloud Hosted users only)

  1. With the application in focus, press Ctrl + Alt + End at the same time
  2. Click on Sign out
  3. The application may take a minute to complete the sign out request
  4. Once the sign out is complete, log back into the application as your normally would
